Stayed here with my 2 young children and overall loved this apartment. It was located in a quiet area next to the park for jogging.

Tbh, rooms were rather small.

The apartment had a lovely view of the city, but only if you managed to find the window between the dirty dishes piled up in the sink. Despite the broken microwave and the endless search for clean utensils, the kitchen facilities were quite handy. The washing machine was a pleasant surprise, hidden away on the balcony like a secret treasure.

So glad I had the pleasure of waiting for two hours to check in, even though I arrived on time. It really added to the excitement of my vacation.

The rooms at Puerta De Serranos are cozy and comfortable, making us feel right at home. We loved the well-equipped kitchen and dining area, perfect for family meals and bonding time. The living room with a flat-screen TV was an added bonus, providing entertainment for our kids. All units here are air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant stay even during hot summer days. we felt relaxed and at ease during our stay.

Personally, we found the lack of a hairdryer in the private bathroom a minor inconvenience. However, it's a subjective opinion, and others may not find it bothersome.
